The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SLC25A28 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, UCS, and KIRP are the cancer types where SLC25A28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
