Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APPL1, WDR48, and XPC. Each is linked with SLC25A26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A26-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A26 results are reported.
