Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,329 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A26-associated genes across cancer lineages are DES, ASIC1, and PTGIR. Each is linked with SLC25A26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A26-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A26 versus DES in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A26→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
