Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A25 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SLC25A25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and CHOL are the cancer types where SLC25A25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
