Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,757 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-347P, ATP6V1D, and MRPL19. Each is linked with SLC25A24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A24-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A24 results are reported.
