Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A24-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA17, TBC1D21, and OR5B2. Each is linked with SLC25A24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A24-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A24 results are reported.
