SLC25A22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,757 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Malate-aspartate shuttle, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SLC25A22 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A22-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Malate-aspartate shuttle grouped by SLC25A22-low versus SLC25A22-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
