Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,396 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Quinone biosynthetic process, Ubiquinone metabolic process, and Ubiquinone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC25A19 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A19-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A19 results are reported.
