Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with SLC25A16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A16 results are reported.
