The most reproducible SLC25A16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Coenzyme A transport, Coenzyme A transmembrane transport, and Pantothenate metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC25A16 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A16 results are reported.
