Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A14 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC25A14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where SLC25A14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
