Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL4, CETN2, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with SLC25A14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A14 versus TCEAL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
