SLC25A13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,262 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX1, PUS7, and GTF2I. Each is linked with SLC25A13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A13 versus PEX1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
