The most reproducible SLC25A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFTUD2, RNU7-128P, and BMS1P3. Each is linked with SLC25A13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A13 results are reported.
