Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,376 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Malate-aspartate shuttle, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Lagging strand elongation. Each is linked with SLC25A13 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A13 results are reported.
