Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71B, LCE1D, and KRT28. Each is linked with SLC25A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A13 results are reported.
