The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SLC25A11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where SLC25A11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
