Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher SLC25A11 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and HNSC show a favorable association.

GBM, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SLC25A11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
