The most reproducible SLC25A11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, YWHAE, and NCOR1. Each is linked with SLC25A11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A11 results are reported.
