Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,249 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERBB3 signaling pathway, ERBB2-ERBB3 signaling pathway, and Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC25A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A1 results are reported.
