The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLC22A9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC22A9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SLC22A9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
