Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFN1, ZNF638, and ZYX. Each is linked with SLC22A9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A9 versus PFN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
