Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-B1, and Notch1. Each is linked with SLC22A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A7 results are reported.
