Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, CAVIN3, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SLC22A3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A3 results are reported.
