Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLG, HKDC1, and PCED1B. Each is linked with SLC22A3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A3 results are reported.
