Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,828 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL1, PLCB1, and TACC2. Each is linked with SLC22A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A3 results are reported.
