SLC22A23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,417 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A23-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDYL, RIPK1, and ZNF710. Each is linked with SLC22A23 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A23-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A23 versus CDYL in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A23→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
