Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,468 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF4, PIK3AP1, and VAV1. Each is linked with SLC22A23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A23-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A23 versus RASSF4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
