Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A23-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, DPEP1, and PKN3. Each is linked with SLC22A23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A23-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A23 results are reported.
