Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,072 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endothelium development, Response to transforming growth factor beta, and Response to alcohol. Each is linked with SLC22A2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A2 results are reported.
