SLC22A18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASL, SPR_S103, and CD38. Each is linked with SLC22A18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A18-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A18 versus ASL in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
