The most reproducible SLC22A18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SLC22A18 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A18-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A18 results are reported.
