Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,072 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EML1, VCAN, and SARM1. Each is linked with SLC22A17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A17 versus EML1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
