Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,274 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC22A17 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A17 results are reported.
