Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A17 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,047 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPOAP1, DCAF1, and ANLN. Each is linked with SLC22A17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A17 results are reported.
