Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P1, KIFC1, and NOL12. Each is linked with SLC22A15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A15-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P1 grouped by SLC22A15-low versus SLC22A15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
