Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC22A13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC22A13 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher SLC22A13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC22A13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, KICH, and LUSC are the cancer types where SLC22A13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
