Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, TBC1D21, and WDR87. Each is linked with SLC22A11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF7 grouped by SLC22A11-low versus SLC22A11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
