Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC22A10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC22A10 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC22A10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC22A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, BRCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where SLC22A10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
