The most reproducible SLC20A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with SLC20A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC20A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC20A2 results are reported.
