Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC20A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,976 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC20A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Endosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway, and Late endosome to vacuole transport. Each is linked with SLC20A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC20A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC20A2 results are reported.
