Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC20A1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC20A1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SLC20A1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC20A1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THYM show a favorable association.

KIRP, LUAD, and THYM are the cancer types where SLC20A1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
