SLC20A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC20A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,559 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC20A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRN, CCAR1, and SRSF11. Each is linked with SLC20A1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC20A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC20A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1 versus STRN in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC20A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC20A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
