SLC1A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,163 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PODN, OLFML1, and MFAP4. Each is linked with SLC1A7 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A7 versus PODN in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
