SLC1A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,430 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, VWA5A, and PODN. Each is linked with SLC1A7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A7 versus SEPTIN4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
