SLC1A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,889 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, SNW1, and SRP54. Each is linked with SLC1A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by SLC1A7-low versus SLC1A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
