The most reproducible SLC1A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synapse organization, Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and ER-nucleus signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC1A7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A7 results are reported.
