Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC1A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EBF2, TPPP2, and FAM71C. Each is linked with SLC1A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A7 results are reported.
