Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC1A6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TDRKH, PALM_S116, and ZBTB7A. Each is linked with SLC1A6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A6 versus TDRKH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
