The most reproducible SLC1A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylcholine metabolic process, Regulation of Cdc42 protein signal transduction, and Epithelial cell fate commitment. Each is linked with SLC1A6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A6 results are reported.
